Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed the back right splash pad behind the tire was not secured tightly. Evan said he could take care of it and quickly returned with a tool to tighten the screw. It was appreciated that there was no hiccup as we had a rental to return as well. Thank you Evan and team!
