Although the work was done corrextly once i finally recieved my car, there was no communication from Caliber to myself, i had to initate all communication. When i called the phone was never answered and the voice mailbox was always full. My adjustor was changed with no notification to myself, and overall it was a very fristrating experience.

It took much longer than I anticipated. Since my car was drivable better communication about when it would actually be worked on would have been very helpful instead of leaving the car there for more than two weeks
