not happy at all my truck is fixed and I’m happy to have it back now, but I will not use caliber collision or a recommended vendor for progressive insurance ever again. I use the Shop because it was a preferred vendor of my auto insurance. I figured this would have my truck fixed promptly and correctly. That did not happen. I plan on letting progressive know about my experience with caliber collision. I also did not like someone signing my credit card receipt for my deductible.

I was rushed to take my truck out of the shop so they could close their month on 30 June. Caliber collision did have my truck delivered to me by tow truck to my house. The truck was slowly washed and prepared. There was still chips of clearcoat on one piece of my truck. The bedliner was not complete.
