My experience was outstanding from start to finish. The customer service was excellent from the moment my car was dropped off until the day I picked it up. Barry, who I believe worked on my vehicle, was amazing. From the time he received my car, he kept me informed by calling with updates about the damage, the repairs that were needed, and the services being performed. His communication and professionalism gave me complete confidence throughout the process. When it was time to pick up my car, everything was fast and easy. The customer service representative was friendly and efficient, and when Barry brought my car to me, he took the time to explain the work that had been done and answer my questions. The biggest surprise was when I got inside my car. The entire interior had been cleaned, and stains that I had never been able to remove from my floor mats were completely gone. They honestly looked brand new! I couldn’t believe the extra care they put into my vehicle. Not only was the customer service outstanding, but the quality of the body shop’s work was exceptional. My car looked amazing inside and out, and I had it back within a week. Barry is truly amazing, and I would highly recommend both him and this body shop to anyone looking for quality repairs and outstanding customer service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
