Jorge at the Bellevue location is incredibly efficient. From scheduling the appointment to providing updates at every step, the whole process was smooth and well-managed. He even anticipated some of my questions and answered them before I had a chance to ask. My car had front-side fender and bumper repairs due to scratches and dents, and now it looks brand new. The only minor difference is that the grille is now in two separate pieces instead of one, but overall I’m very happy with the result. Highly recommend!

Staff was very good at explaining the work on the black part of the bumper, and even took the time to wash it again to be sure all of the cleaning materials were removed. They listened to me and did all they could and I was really pleased with the work done on my car. So thank you for your good work and the kindness of your staff.
