From the first moment I stepped inside the office, the receptionist met me with a welcoming smile and clear information. Bruce was the associate that helped me and looked at my car, kept me updated, and reviewed the car with me upon its completed repair. Smooth intake and pick up process. Proactive communication on the status of my car every few days. Appreciated the coordination with the rental car company as it made the whole drop off and pick up experience easy. Bruce was honest, professional and very responsive. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location!
