Great customer service and a job well done. Drop off and pick up were easy and stress free. I had no idea the inside of the car would get a detail. With a three year old I know that can be a tall task in itself! I will definitely recommend Caliber to others!

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to family/friends. They were very responsive, kept us informed and my car was ready sooner than expected. We unfortunately had to have car repaired twice in a matter of months, and each time was a pleasant experience. Everyone there was super friendly and Bruce (our tech) was on top of it each step of the way.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Caliber Collision for the repair of my vehicle. From start to finish it was a great experience. I feel everyone went above and beyond in taking care of all the details and then some. I appreciated Dave’s explanation of their process and his great communication in keeping me informed of the progress. The staff was welcoming and very helpful in reaching out to the rental company for pickup and drop off. The repair work was top notch! And the unexpected surprise was a clean car inside and out. Great customer service can be hard to find but not here - they all provided the best service and experience. Thank you all so much!!
