I was kept waiting when I first checked in but beyond that, the service was fabulous. Communication was top notch, the repair was done quickly and my car was delivered spotless, inside and out. I actually think it might look better than it did when I dropped it off!

Poor customer experience and workmanship. Communication was misleading or nonexistent. I was told multiple times that the car was ready to pickup when it wasn’t which wasted a lot of my time. Color painted was way off and then they tried to convince me it was close enough and they even told me car was done when bumper wasn’t even properly attached. (Which I had to catch).
