The entire team (and especially Dave!) was absolutely amazing! We have had a really hard few weeks. There was this accident, another accident but neither our fault and we had to sadly put our dog to sleep. The entire team went above and beyond when we requested that the interior be as disturbed as littlr as possible because of all the dog hair that remained in there. When we picked the car up, it looked exactly how we remembered it and my wife and I couldn't be more appreciative. Everyone there was so professional but also kind and understanding of our unusual request. Dave stayed in touch with me the entire time and honestly took so much stress out of the situation, he is such an incredible person and we were very thankful for him!

Front desk on top of everything. Dave was personable and took care of everything fast. The process was about as smooth as possible. Very impressive plus repairs were done much, much sooner than expected. Just two days when I thought it would be 10 although Dave said it would go fast. And it did.

I was very fortunate to have USAA recommend Caliber for the repairs and equally fortunate to have Bruce be my liason with Caliber. He is very professional, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He thoroughly explained the process and kept me apprised of the status all the way to my picking up the car and that I was completely satisfied. The work done on the car has it appearing as though this 2018 car just came off the showroom floor. Thanks to all who helped me.
