Would only mention that there were 2 instances where I was told I would receive call backs for updates and I did not receive them. One call was from the person working on my car and told me that they would call me later the same day to let me know if my car would be ready the next day and I didn't get a call back. The following day, I called back and asked if my car was ready and who ever picked up the phone told me they would check and call me back a little later and I didn't get a call back. I ended up showing up to the facility and my car was ready so I'm wondering when I would have actually been told that my car was ready had I not shown up to check for myself. To add, I traveled from Seattle to Bellevue on bus and light rail so this was a big time consumer and I got lucky my car was ready.
