My care came back better than it was before the incident occurred - the team went above and beyond to ensure an acceptable trailer hitch could be sourced and installed on my car to replace the one that was damaged (and was a discontinued part). And the repair work shows that no corners were cut, all parts were factory, and the finish work was excellent! Bruce really made sure all the right parts were on site so the repair techs could do their good work, and Tommy was there to QC through every step of the project. I was so happy to have things done right the first time, and would take any of my cars back should they need work!

The guys did a great job on the body work and paint. There was a little issue with some slight damage to the cars leather inner armrest that has yet to be explained. My estimator Jason Flores was not great about responding to my emails, some he just ignored. I emailed him asking if they could paint the hood on my other car for a price I offered and he never responded.
