The people were great, very professional and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint is now an error message appears when I start my car saying "Right Brake Light Malfunction" that comes on when I start my car. Too much of a hassell to now bring my car back in to get fixed. This had never appeared before and started as I drove away.

I brought my car in for repairs during an extremely difficult time for Caliber Collision and many other companies in our country as we battle Covid 19. Bruce Holman with Bellevue Caliber Collision was professional every step of the way keeping me informed and up to date in spite of the hard times going on in his own office. But most importantly, he was compassionate and human about everything that was going on and that is so much more important to me than my car getting fixed.

There are white streaks at the spot where the repair was done. Initially I thought it was the residue from buffing, but it is not. It is under the clear coat. It should be something that should have been caught during the quality control process. Really disappointing experience.

there seemed to be confusion about a holding charge for the rental vehicle I felt I had not been informed off but I think that was on the insurance companies end. i am not sure but I wasted both of our times driving out to not have a usable card as mine had been stolen so I had to rebook for the next week. That took almost 2 hours of my time~

I had asked for the original XPel be put on the rear bumper but the staff made comments to infer that the product they used was better. That I was very disappointed with in the customer service.
