On the original pick up date that completed the QA inspection check it was very evident that it was not ready at all. The doors had a white opaque look to them. The passenger window was all marked up from the original accident so that wasn’t repaired. A week later after having to finish the work and correct a knick that was painted over. I picked the truck 7 days after the initial date that i was told to pick it up.

the process was quick and easy. the front desk and Dion were extremely helpful as my insurance agent didn't tell me my appointment was set up at 8am and I ended up missing it but they squeezed me in later that day.
