Sarah, Nick and Noel, were the team members l encountered during the repair of my car which took longer than l had anticipated. They were all very courteous, professional and informative. Nick kept me updated each step of the process and Noel even indulged my curiosity by explaining what was done in details. I appreciate them for all the work done and for their excellent customer service .

Totally satisfied with the professional work done on my acura. Customer service was exceptional. Dealt with Sarah who was very informative the first time l worked in feeling unsure if l could drive my car. She had someone ( didn't catch his name) come out and check out the damage. He told me it was okay to drive and to contact my insurance company. Next was Nic who kept me informed about the progress of my repair via text messaging. Last person was Noel, who explained the work that was done and immediately grabbed my sunglasses from the rental when l forgot them. You have a great team who each performed excellent service. I applaud and appreciate them.

Everyone was super friendly and accomodating. I appreciate the updates on where my car was in the reparation process. Given that I dropped my car off on December 17th, the fact that I got my car back in 2 weeks was amazing. There were extensive repairs to make, and with the holidays, I expected it to take at least 3 weeks (if it was lucky). The fact that I got my car back so fast was amazing! And the quality of the repair was great. It's like I got back a brand new car. The team was also very informative about what to do moving forward (i.e. don't go through a car wash for 60 days, etc.)
