Noel the general manager is so good. He is very helpful. He offered to stay on Halloween until 7pm as I was working, and was unsure what time I would be back. I arrived by 5 or 530. He said that it was his job! It is not his job to stay that late!

Never would I recommend caliber collision to any of my friends or family being that I wouldn't want them to experience what I ehave experienced. If I knew someone that was considering bringing their vehicle for repair to caliber collision, I would deter them from doing so.

My experience at Caliber Collision was one of the worst experiences iv ever had in dealing with an auto repair company the with was not complete the paint did not match the color of the vehicle my electrical system in my vehicle is not working do to Caliber Collision there were parts taking from my engine they had my vehicle for over i months it was terrible, I would not recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced at caliber collision.In Berlin, Connecticut.

The customer service was OK. The problem is not the customer service it's the bad work on my vehicle is the problem. My front bumper needed to be replaced. I went in with one issue & left with several more issues

Took my car there again and was not disappointed. The staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond. Must shout out Noel. He was polite, made sure all my questions were answered. That the place. My car was done in record time. Way before the date given.Caliber Collison is the place for car repairs done right.
