The time it took to repair was very longi understand uaw was on strike. Parts should have been ordered prior to appointment I found several venues that had the parts with 3 day shipping yet these were not explored, this experience taints me on using private shops recommended by the insurance company Charles was good about communication but after awhile the excuses became repetitive, some wheel damage from the incident was done last minute could have been done 6 weeks ago not yesterday when I brought the car home my tps indicated the system needed to be serviced I messaged Charles who told me to drive it a few miles for it to go away, they scanned the car according to the bill so the saga continues just not happy with the whole package

Charley and caliber did an excellent job on my car. It took a little bit longer than expected due to parts and such but they were sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process! My car came out better than expected after the hard damage it took in my accident.

Charlie and another team member were very helpful and professional. There was some silly stuff forgotten to put back, like my fender pin/screw but the Toyota was able to replace it no problem at no charge and my license plate frame holder. Overall, the team members there are great staff to deal with and gave me good advice and courtesy at all times.
