Even though there were some unexpected delays with getting my car repaired (obtaining parts & an uncooperative sensor system), I was kept informed throughout the process. The staff is terrific - friendly and knowledgeable. My car looks & rides awesome (& I don’t think it has ever been as clean as when I pulled out of the Caliber Collision parking lot!). Thank you all!
