Dropped car off June 28, 2023. They estimated 5-6 days for repair. The didn’t dismantle until July 3, 2023. Communication from them wasn’t that great. They ended up having Equinox for 22 days. I would never use them again. The work they did was good but we feel it was too long to have car especially with the cost of rental. They sent me a text July 6 that car was dismantled and he would contact me Friday July 7, 2023 but never did. We picked the car up July 18, 2023.
