I was initially told it would take 3 days to repair the lower bumper of my vehicle. It ended up taking 12 days. Due to an oversight when switching over my insurance from my old vehicle to the Chevy, I didn't have rental coverage, so i had to rely on rides from people & use ride-shares for those days.

The staff was understanding, patient and professional. I felt at ease from the initial telephone conversation to the completion of the repair work to my vehicle. I was periodically updated as to the progress made on my vehicle via text messages. My vehicle was ready 1 week earlier than the estimated time of completion! My vehicle looks as if it just came off the showroom floor! I have already recommended Caliber Collision to my neighbors for their vehicle repair needs. Thank you to an amazing staff!
