Paint work and communication were very good. Paint color is a very good match and no obvious issues like runs or orange peeling. Car was clean inside and out at pickup. Reassembly work is unacceptable/sloppy. Crash bar foam cover was damaged in the accident, and was reused in the repair causing a large uneven gap between the headlight and bumper. The foam acts as a support for the bumper cover, hence the misalignment. The advisor appoligized for this, and is looking into getting a replacement. Lots of missing/broken fasteners in the fender well covers that weren't previously broken or missing. Passenger side fender well was hanging down and still broken when I first went to pick up the car. I mentioned this to the advisor and it was subsequently repaired, but still an issue with first time quality. My repair was very simple (minor bodywork, bumper/headlight replacement) and raises doubts in regards to competency of doing major repairs. Seems to be a major lack of attention to detail during reassembly. I will have a hard time recommending the shop due to this.

Staff was friendly, and went over everything(even spotted some scratches that I couldn't even tell were there...LOL) repairs were done b-4 estimated date and car looks good and was cleaned for us. and I can't even tell it was ever repaired. Communication on their part was awesome! Calls/texts and emails! Not an issue at all.
