Staff was friendly, and went over everything(even spotted some scratches that I couldn't even tell were there...LOL) repairs were done b-4 estimated date and car looks good and was cleaned for us. and I can't even tell it was ever repaired. Communication on their part was awesome! Calls/texts and emails! Not an issue at all.

They did an excellent job and the service was great. Kudos to the staff. The only problem I had was that they texted me the day it would be done, which was several day beyond the original estimate, so I needed to extend my rental car by five days. That was okay with me. But then the next day they phoned and texted me that it was ready. Since I’d made other plans and couldn’t pick it up that afternoon,‘and then it wasn’t weekend, I ended up having to pay for a rental for three unnecessary days. Somehow the communication wasn’t good and I was given finish dates that were four days apart. Unfortunately that creates an expense for the customer. I would still whole-heartedly recommend Caliber, but that communication is something to be careful with.
