Nothing but positive things to say about Caliber Collision! They estimated roughly 5 days for my car to be fixed, but it ended up only taking 3 days which is great! They communicated very well through the few days it was there. When I picked it up, it was cleaned inside & outside, which was such a perk! Wasn’t expecting all of that & it’s really appreciated!

I would give credit for the quick turn around and customer service, but not in the part quality and workmanship. I would not recommend.

The repair made to my rear bumper was satisfactory and the customer service was great. However, the passenger side where the damage was there is now a larger gap below the rear tail light when compared to the driver’s side. The technician believed it to be an issue with the plastic mold and not the repair work but assured me that it wasn’t an issue. It’s not obvious to the casual observer, but it is obvious to me. The inside console had liquid residue on the trim and there is a scratch on the molding that was not there before. All of this is minor, but was really hoping for a better result. Will be going elsewhere for any repairs in the future.

I noticed the paint on my Subaru emblem on my steering wheel was chipped. Otherwise so glad to have my car back! It’s like it never happened!
