Excellent customer service from start to finish. They answered all my questions, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and treated me with respect. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but this shop really goes above and beyond. I will definitely return for future maintenance when needed.

My experience with Caliber was great. Noel took the time to explain in detail what was being done to repair my car and make sure I was satisfied. Made it easy to pick up my car at a time that was convenient for me. The only concern I have is in relation to the lane assist after being reset but need few days to determine if it’s a true concern or just something I never noticed before. The rental car experience wasn’t as expected but has nothing to do with Caliber. Thanks for taking great care of my car.

The rep I was dealing with the entire time was fantastic. They were in constant communication with me. Progressive gave both me and the shop the run around for weeks before finally totaling my car. I couldn’t reach progressive for days. Every time I called Caliber, they were prompt and responsive. You guys did great and were very clear with every update.
