The work was great. I am very pleased with the final result. My only area of dissatisfaction was on the communication process during the lengthy repair. Other than the portal where the estimated date was changing, I heard nothing for the first 4+ weeks. When I called to inquire, I was told texts were being sent (they weren't). Only in the final 4 days of the repair did something update and I started to receive frequent updates on the repair status.
