Vehicle seems to idle rough while in gear and stopped at light etc slight rattle. The bumper repair looks good and no noise from the exhaust anymore. Still concerned about how there is so much move of the bumper Plastic between the muffler tips other then that no real issue. Ty

After the car was t boned, extensive repair work has been performed by Caliber Collision. It took about 7 weeks to complete. I am satisfied with the result. Two small areas for further improvement: 1) back passenger door does not open smoothly and 2) final delivery has been delayed several times to make planning challenging. Overall Caliber has done a very good job

I am truly impressed with the quality of their work. My Palisade looks amazing. It's like it never was in an accident. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding! I hope to never be in another accident, but if I do, I will go to Caliber.

The experience overall with Caliber Collision was great. The staff was very friendly. Whenever I had a question they were always happy to answer. My car was in the shop for about 2 & a half weeks. Not long at all. The repairs looked as if nothing had happened which is amazing. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks so much!!

Very good work on my truck. I wish there was a way for them to assess the vehicle, order the parts, then when they have all the parts, they can take your vehicle. There was a lot of time waiting for parts to show. But, that aside. They did a great job in just a week and a half.
