People were overall nice, and pretty accommodating to our needs. Were understanding about wanting the car in perfect condition being such a new car. I do wish tthey paid a bit more attention to issues of the accident without me having to point it out. However i do understand they dont know what was from the accident which is understandable however if its on the same area of the hit it would likely mean its from the accident.

I’m very satisfied with the service I received from caliber collision. Carlos was great. I like how he kept me informed on the progress with my vehicle.when I drop my vehicle off. he went around the vehicle letting me know. What was going to take place. I’m truly happy with the great customer service I received from all the workers. They work as a team. Stephanie at the front desk is great. I will be telling all my family and friends.That Caliber is the best place to go. my vehicle looks really good.

The initial inspection was close. The full inspection was thorough and I was given all the information. The work appears well done, complete and quality. But there were delays that could have been handled with better scheduling. We lost 3 full days from dropping it off due to travel and delayed initial inspection.

Texts and phone calls weren’t answered or weren’t answered in a timely fashion. Visiting the shop even with an appointment felt distant. We were not contacted when our vehicle was completed.
