Getting to Caliber for my appointment went very smooth. I was taken care of right away. Was told by staff what was going to be done as far as the eyes could see, and that upon a better look by a tech I would get a call or a message of what was to be done. I was called to pick up my car 5 business days sooner then anticipated, which was great ! Work was well done and your all your staff was exceptional and very polite! Unknown. The car is functioning, but I have concerns about longevity.

The repair date was pushed back multiple times. First I was told the wrong part arrived. Next, I was told that the Second part reVeined was “scratched”. This directly contradicts with what I was told when I picked the vehicle up, which was that the second part didn’t fit) Finally, the vehicle had to be sent to a dealership because the shop doesn’t know how to align the sensors that were replaced. It should have been obvious that the alignment needed to happen when it was clear the sensors needed to be replaced, and thus, it should have been planned for. My confidence in the shop and the quality of the repair is very low.
