I was impressed with organization. Communication and daily updates With progress on daily related repairs Shipments of parts,etc. I was impressed That all employees were professional and Courteous.In addition they used PPEs at al times -to contribute to everyone's safety. I was very happy with Caliber Collision and Michael really did a good job in trying to get my car fixed on time but he had to send it out to Ford for some wiring issue so it would work but you took a little longer than he or I cared for but that wasn't his fault you have a you have a great team with travlers I want to say John Gruber is the best I've ever seen so you know you might want to give him a I thank you and tell him how good he is from me thank you very much and I recommend travlers to everybody thank you very much

I was misled . Poor customer service . Faulty installation of the bumper /fog lights . They would not take responsibility for the mess up n instead said it was there before ! Not true . I took it to my mechanic who also said bumper was not installed properly and that’s why the fog lights have a BIG gap between the housing n Bumper. I need it redone by my mechanic m u’ll see the difference. Need your help plz ! Thanks .

The front windshield replacement was perfect and the dents from hail were removed so I can’t tell they’re there, but there was a large scratch on the rear passenger side (which will be fixed) and some scratches on the front driver window.
