My experience with Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. Before I even walked through the door, Sydney set the tone with her professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness. She immediately gave me confidence that my Grand Highlander Hybrid was in good hands. Throughout the repair itself, LaVar was exceptional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, set clear expectations, and kept me informed with proactive updates every step of the way. I never had to wonder about the status of my SUV because he was always one step ahead. That level of communication and customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and it made the entire process virtually stress-free. When I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely impressed. The repairs looked fantastic, and the car was absolutely spotless inside and out. Honestly, it looked like it had been professionally cleaned before being returned to me. That attention to detail speaks volumes about the pride this team takes in their work. Sydney and LaVar made an outstanding first impression and followed through on it every step of the way. I was very satisfied not only did they fix my car but they also covered the tow because I have been going through a difficult time with my accident and a couple weeks before my accident I lost my brother and uncle in 2 days so nobody really knows what’s going on with someone so when you do something as nice as that you really made my whole day Lavar and Sydney have gotten a 5 star review from me and if they keep doing what they are doing they will build that business up a lot more keep doing what you guys are doing you guys did an amazing job.

I had a car years ago repaired by perfectly by Caliber Collision (a different location) so was so happy I could choose them this time.
