Aris provided superb customer service. He answered all my questions, often anticipating them. The staff at Caliber Collision finished repairs a week early then delivered my auto to my home & returned my rental to Enterprise. Impressive service! Of course, I hope not to need auto repair services again but if I do Caliber Collision will be my choice.

Ken was absolutely amazing. Excellent communication throughout the ENTIRE process and compassion when I had to unexpectedly take care of family issues. He took care of me from the moment I set foot on your property until my car was completed. I don’t know the names of the employees that fixed the damage to my car, painted it PERFECTLY, then detailed it in a way I haven’t seen since I bought the car 4 years ago (mom of active kids). Please give them a raise or a bonus or some kind of recognition! I’ll recommend your location (and Ken) to everyone!
