Only reason I didn't give a 10 is because I'd have to qualify the recommendation with the comment that status updates were somewhat lacking and the customer would need to seek updates directly and not rely on Caliber to provide accurate updates automatically.

Customer service was excellent face to face, but getting timely status updates that were accurate was problematic. The automated text updates on status (projecting completion) were not even close to reality, so I never knew when it would be done till it was done. Frustrating.
