Really appreciate Ken for being a steward for me and getting a difficult insurance company to finish the job. Wasn’t easy, but Ken kept me updated daily on what I should expect. Thank you sir. Ken Kite once again created an outstanding customer service experience! I find good customer service to be a lost art but not at Calliber with Ken. He is professional, works great with customers, communicates regularly and gets to the point. I will return to Calliber because of the positive experience Ken created.
