The lift gate rubs when you open it. I didnt hear it this morning when we opened it, but it rubs every time. I will bring it back to have them adjust it. Not a huge deal, but it needs to be right.

Within two days of getting the towed car, my repair estimate was completed. My car ended up being totaled. Their communication with me was great and kept me posted the entire time. The three employees I had contact with were very friendly and professional. If I have another wreck, I’m going to use them and recommend them highly.

Although am not happy with the water leak, I will still recommend Caliber. I actually picked Caliber over Crash Champions because I had a negative experience with them. You guys have been great, except from the windshield guy who is probably a sublet contractor with you.
