Within two days of getting the towed car, my repair estimate was completed. My car ended up being totaled. Their communication with me was great and kept me posted the entire time. The three employees I had contact with were very friendly and professional. If I have another wreck, I’m going to use them and recommend them highly.

Although am not happy with the water leak, I will still recommend Caliber. I actually picked Caliber over Crash Champions because I had a negative experience with them. You guys have been great, except from the windshield guy who is probably a sublet contractor with you.

Received my car and found out that water is leaking into the car. Vehicle is back at your shop for repairs. Absolutely not happy with that.

Great experience. Service advisor initial told me that progressive is known for totalling out cars. Not something I wanted to hear prior the the car being looked at. Had to return 3 times for different reason. Incorrect part, and installed part not seat correctly.
