This is my first claim. I’m 47 and they eased me thru the process. Derek was great. He took care of all the things, that i really knew nothing about…like i thought i knew, i didnt. And he treated me fairly and respectfully. The repair was great…and talk about excellent costumer service, while servicing the vehicle he suspected the freon was low, checked and topped it off. I really hope I never get into another accident but i will without a doubt be a caliber customer. Thanks team!

The team that took care of my car was amazing. They got synched quickly, and even on the test drive, my tech/lead on my car suspected was low on coolant and topped it off. Totally unexpected and appreciated. This was my first wreck in 30 years of driving and i was feeling pretty dumb, they walked me thru the important stuff, the stuff insurance would handle, and what i could expect. I never want to be in crash again, but Caliber is my collision spot should it happen. Thank you guys. Truly. Derek is the man to talk to.

All went very well. In fact my car was done a day early and looked great. Frank was very thorough in explaining details of what would be done and was done. My car looked great! And J., the receptionist was always welcoming…..I would go back if ever needed.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision repairing my Mercedes. Frank and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Communication was consistent throughout the entire process, and they kept me updated every step of the way. They also went above and beyond by helping me with my rental car, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Their customer service is exceptional, and I truly appreciate how they work quickly without ever compromising the quality of the car repair. My advisor, Frank, was amazing. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and even managed to get my car back to me a day early. Jelena was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She walked me through the insurance process and coordinated my rental with Enterprise. Once my paperwork was finished, she arranged for the Enterprise shuttle, which arrived within 10 minutes. Enterprise also had me in a rental right away. The service all around was excellent. Caliber Collision really has their process dialed in. I highly recommend them and will definitely return if I ever need repairs again — though hopefully not anytime soon! Thanks again.
