When I first picked up the car, the fender liner was popped out a bit. I asked Frank just to push that back in and it looked good to go. Since I’ve been driving it off the lot, I’ve noticed the fender liner popping out more and Ive had to pop it back in multiple times.

The team was very friendly. I forgot the gal at the front's name, but she was truly wonderful. She made me feel welcome and started a conversation while I was waiting. Transparency was provided regarding the repairs and damage outside my collision, which was offered for repair. Frank did an amazing job with the repairs and the front looks brand new and matches the rest of the car. You can't even tell it was in an accident. The car was cleaned post repair I can tell there was some vacuuming done this was a nice touch. All in all the team here is top notch. I would return if I need body repair work done in the future. Thank you!

The car was supposed to be ready by Thursday, at the latest Friday. I did not receive an update, but when I called on Friday afternoon to check the status, I was told they would need the car until sometime Monday. Apparently a tech was sick on Wednesday and the work was delayed. Okay. So, didn't I deserve a phone call to update the pick up date? I intentionally brought the car in Tue morn so it wld be ready by the weekend. I wld say there's definitely an opportunity to improve upon communication with the customer.
