The repairs were good and the front office staff was professional and courteous. However, I was told an approximate time for pick up of my car would be 5 days and they kept it for 10.

Caliber Collision entire team were very communicative e while my vehicle was there and we were dealing with a gruesome ins company. my hats go off to them as they were patience from the jump alongside while this ins dragged it's feet. Thanks you all for your work!!!
