Caliber Collision keeps me updated on the work progress and finished the job ahead of the estimated schedule. I requested to have my car washed not knowing that their washer had left. The service staff went his way to wash my car personally. I really appreciate it. Good job Caliber Collision.

I had to return my car, due to noises from the original repairs. They took it in, and handled the repairs with no problems. My only complaint is they didn't advise me that I had a bald tire that was a danger to drive on, and actually put that one in the front and the new one in the back (which I was advised was law) I would have like the option to purchase a new tire

Took my vehicle in to repair a few dents and a bad scratch on my hood. Long story short the job took 4 times longer then originally quoted. They made it right by knocking some of the cost off. Looked good when I picked it up but after a more detailed inspection at home I can still see slightly where the dents were. I'm not looking forward to taking it back in and being without my vehicle again.
