Caliber not only completed my repair when they said they would, my car was returned to me completely cleaned inside and out. I absolutely love their text message system and their car progress tracking website (carwise?). Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful, and Gene especially was excellent!

Great communication from the staff! Robert was excellent at explaining the entire maintenance and repair process for my Bronco. He kept me updated with text messages throughout each step, especially during the finishing details, which I really appreciated. At pickup, Robert took the time to walk me through before-and-after pictures and made sure I understood everything that was done. That level of transparency and care really stood out.
