Timely manor and kept me updated but when I presented a concern about how the car was driving I was told that i am “just noticing how my car drives after the accident.” But they ran a test and said nothing was wrong. Issue is still occurring though when it was not before the accident

I was extremely happy to see that my car was not only repaired externally, but had also been cleaned/detailed internally. The only negative was that my car did not start initially and it had to be jumped before I left the lot.

I’ve never had to have my car repaired before, but working with Caliber Collision was awesome. I got text and phone updates each day and felt like the job was done really well. I was beyond excited to see that they had also vacuumed and washed my car, which seems so simple, but was above and beyond what I expected. Taking 2 kids to get a car cleaned is no joke, so the small act will absolutely keep them at the top of my list.
