Glen Roberts was my service representative and he was great. He kept me up to date on everything as the repairs were being done. It was also extremely easy to drop off and pick up my car. They made the whole experience extremely easy and were very kind. I would recommend them to everyone.

Communication during the repair process was good. However, the hood of the vehicle was damage and the damage was not there when the car was brought to to the shop. The hood is not completely closed.

I’m getting odd antifreeze smell in my car. Second my upper headlamp bracket is broke. My right side signal light is out. The same one with the broken light bracket.

I had the best experience with Caliber Collision from the very first phone call I made to Caliber and speaking with Sara who was so nice and caring she made sure dropping off my vehicle was convenient for me. Sara made me feel like I was the only customer and took the best care of me.Then there was Glen who was also nice and caring he kept me updated with the repairs being done from beginning to end when I arrived to pick my vehicle up Glen greeted me outside where we took a look at my vehicle and made sure all was good which it was.
