The staff and GM in particular are fantastic! Welcoming, informative, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable- precisely what people need when they are dealing with an accident situation. Extra kudos to Nick who initially greeted me and kept me informed daily throughout the process. I couldn’t be more impressed with the staff, the finished product and the overall experience!

Firstly, trunk and bumper plus that damaged body panel look great and like nothing happened! Secondly, I appreciate the car detail. I clean my car somewhat regularly and you guys did awesome. Thirdly, I’m assuming you guys fixed the squeaking from my belt tensioner (?) so I appreciate and love the attention to detail! Everyone was professional, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Awesome job and thank you so much!
