Robert was excellent! He took care of my Mom just like he said he would. He managed the details of the repair all the way to the popcorn. He arranged her rental car for her. He even had her just bring it back to the shop instead of having her take it to Enterprise. He told us the day we brought it by for the estimate when it would be ready and he managed not only one day earlier, but also called and got a day taken off the car rental for her. Your customer service representatives were professional, kind and attentive, but I don't consider the month it took to complete the repairs good customer service. If I had known you were so backed up, I would have selected a different repair shop.
