The Caliber team, including Nick and the lovely woman at the desk, made this unfortunate event a very positive process. They were timely and efficient, provided regular updates, and finished my repair ahead of schedule. On top of that, my car was spotless when I picked it up, above and beyond service and care!! 15/10!!

Great work gentlemen Your technician John was very informing of the progress and giving me updates every day. He is a great guy And if your under paying him he needs a raise. Thank you to all. Even the young lady at the front desk was wonderful. In all my years of driving I have never had an accident but the people at Caliber help me through a part of it. My experience with Caliber Collision was SUPERB. Nick was so wonderful to work with. Nick provided updates from the time I dropped off my vehicle to picking it up. Everything was on schedule as initially noted, and my vehicle looked great at pick up—no signs of a collision. I also loved that it was clean inside and on the outside.
