Although they rectified the issue, I was put under a lot of stress throughout the process as I had to be the middleman between the body shop and the other driver’s insurance when I wasn’t satisfied with the original part they ordered. I will say that the owner did regain my trust when the final repairs were corrected so I would recommend them again

Repairs look good but I noticed they switched out the metal body part between hood and the grill to a plastic piece which I wasn’t too jazzed about. Also the first time I came to get the vehicle when it was repaired I noticed the bumper wasn’t flush with the foglights like before but im glad they rectified it with ordering a replacement that fit correctly

When I had a complaint about the issue with my repair, I was stressing because the insurance was being difficult in approving a new replacement and I had to go through the body shop to resolve. Thankfully the owner was going to work with me on disputing it with the insurance themselves without it costing me any more than we agreed to with the original estimate. Only issue I had was wishing there was more communication in following up through the second process as I was worried about not knowing when it would be finished or if they had resolved it with the Insurance to put my mind at ease

My first time at this Caliber Collision but the staff was very friendly and very understanding of everything. There was a slight hiccup with my repair but the team here really did eveything to make sure i was taken care of. 10/10 service.
