The repairs took longer than expected but l got regular updates. As I drove home from Caliber Collision, my car signaled low tire pressure. There was a nail in my rear tire that needed to be removed and repaired.

Car makes a ticking and chirping sound when running When you shift to park the car screeches When I dropped the car off it was not making these sounds. I am very concerned and would like it fixed. I called progressive and requested a supervisors assistance

Everyone was friendly but when I got the car back the gas light was on. When the car was towed there it had about a 1/2 of gas in the tank. Also, there were grease stains on the inside of the car. The car could have been whipped down better before returning it to me.
