They were more than accommodating!! They were transparent throughout the process from beginning to the end. They gave me an estimate prior to dropping my car, made sure to have the parts off prior to beginning the work and kept me in the loop with when I would get my vehicle back. To top it off, they made my car corrections spot on and detailed the interior of the car. I couldn’t be happier!

Caliber did a great job on our repair. Allen kept us updated throughout the entire process- he let us know when to expect the car back, what stage the repair was in, and exactly what work was being done. I never had to call my insurance company once because Allen handled everything for us. Great communication, great work, and an overall very positive experience!
