they never put some new parts on car instead installed old parts and put new parts in back seat of car

First I wasn't updated on the progress of the repairs. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on,even when i was told that I would be called.Second when I picked up my car there was an abs light and a traction control light on in my car that were not on when I parked my car at Caliber. The manager Jason tried to clear them but was unsuccessful. However these lights were NOT on when the car was dropped off. Third I was told that the car was detailed before I picked it up. There were water spots and water streaks on the entire inside of my windshield. I have no idea how water could have been splashed and splattered there to cause spots and running water streaks. I don't know if the water leak problem was corrected because there has been no rain as of yet but I can only expect that it was. Overall I was not very happy with my Caliber Collision experience.

There were several things that were an issue Jason the Mgr. attempted to correct one prob but is as yet uh nresolved
