Did not receive an update when it was determined that a part was inadequate and a new one had to be ordered - the day before I was supposed to pick up my car, causing the completion date to be pushed back a day. Also received no phone call the day it was supposed to be finished, had to call myself to find out when I could pick it up.

Im fine with workmanship/repairs. But was extremely upset that I got a flat tire as soon as I pulled away from shop. There was a HUGE metal shard in one of my rear tires
