My car door was damaged, so it was replaced and adjacent panels repainted. I was concerned about the repainting, but now cannot tell any difference. Beautiful job. Excellent regular update messages: they were "cute" so actually fun to receive. Car required almost two days longer than original estimate, which is understandable, but since this collision company no longer has an arrangement to offer free car rental, cost me additional car rental expenses--that I felt.

Front desk act as if the do not know what is going on. So, either there is a lack in communications or they are just clueless to whatâs going on around them. Also you should not contact customers that their vehicle is done unless it is actually done.

There were some issues involving timeframe taken but it's a process. There was a need to buff out something that had hit the drivers door while in Caliber Collision possession, but it did buff out and Caliber Collision was very eager to make sure I was satisfied. This was very irritating none the less when they took so long and were supposed to detail the car. It's a brand new car and they had it more time than we had it in our possession only to have a big black mark on the door when we picked it up. Not sure how anyone missed that, but Caliber did immediately rectify it when it was brought up. Just should have been done in the detailing process in my opinion as you couldn't have missed it being over a foot long. Definitely was NOT there prior to accident.
